What can you expect from me as your 'Wedding Day Coordinator':

Initial meeting to learn the details of your plans (Can be in person, over the phone or video chat if required)
Unlimited email and phone contact
Site visit to your venue/s
Confirm current venue and supplier bookings
Be the main point of contact for all suppliers 1 month prior & on the day
Assistance with creating a detailed timeline by contacting the venue & suppliers. Once approved, I will then distribute to the venue, all suppliers, and MC.
Create a detailed floor plan for both ceremony & reception locations
Attendance for setup & pack down the day prior & day after (4 hours total to be divided between days depending on what is required)
Attendance (one & half hours) at ceremony rehearsal
Oversee all set-up arrangements and general coordination on the day
Up to nine consecutive hours on-site styling/coordination on the day
Includes Travel to/from your venue/s for your rehearsal & on the day

All my packages are tailored to my clients to make sure you get the most value from my services. Pricing will be discussed during our initial meeting. If you choose for me to be your On the Day Coordinator I really want you to know what you have locked in. On your special day I will be a cleaner, buttonhole fixer, stylist, cake decorator, furniture removalist, seamstress, hair dresser, child wrangler, baby whisperer, perfectionist, pro sprinter, wedding ninja, bar server, waitress, and an all round problem solver. I will be there to through all the most important moments in your day, making sure everything runs smoothly.
